A very frustrating...Weigh in Wednesday!

So, as you can tell by my title, I'm a little peeved!
I get to these points every now and then. Where I feel like I am doing everything that I can think of to lose weight and it doesn't come off. Not only does it not come off but I actually gain!!!!
Yesterday I was so good. I had 3 apples for snacks drank 100+ ounces of water, but when I stepped on the scale this morning I had gained a half pound!!!!! Ugh.......
So here's the thing. I think sometimes we tell ourselves we are doing awesome and that we ar doing everything in our power to lose weight, when really we are lying to ourselves. Looking back I know that I had mistakes and that I wasn't truley doing everything in my power. Like working out for example. I did not work out yesterday. Had I worked out my weigh in results probably would have been different.
So my official weight was 184....:P
O well to another day we go.

Weigh in Wednesday- a day late.

Yesterday was kind of busy so I didn't get it posted.
I hate not having my computer! It's so easy for me to forget when I have to do it on my phone.
So lets get to it...
Yesterday I weighed in at 183.
That's a 2 lbs loss.
I'm pretty happy with that.
I have not made a commitment with Amber. Everyday I will text her aand let her know I worked out:) If she doesn't hear from me then she.is going to text and ask if I worked out:)
I am so excited about that accountability! !
So next week my goal is to be down another 3 lbs by Wednesday:)
I'm back to doing insanity. Lets just say you know you worked hard when you can hardly sit down on the toilet to pee! Haha.
So I guess its time to get some things done so I can workout when I'm baby sitting.

Its time.....

Ok so I am back. Its been hard to post because I have to do it from my phoneso I can't add pictures or anything to my posts:/ I'm planning on getting the correct cord for my computer So that I can actually use it again:) That and I got pretty side tracked the last few weeks.
I am so ready to get back into this.

I'm actually starting over. Clean new slate:)
New starting weight is 185
Today Tanya and I are going to be starting insanity. Yay! Its just what I need to get my butt back in gear!
I am also going to be lifting weights too. I still really need to tone.
I've also been thinking about trying a Zumba class. Not sure about that yet. I'm not very coordinated. Haha

Ok so water is being guzzled and I'm getting ready to lift weights and clean house. See ya tomorrow( I'm going to try and post daily to get back in the routine and to hold myself more accountable:))

New year, New goal!

Ok so I know some of you probably think I dropped off the face of the earth. Well I can assure you I didnt:)
I did however stop watching my intake and stopped exercising.
I was having a hard time finding motivation to push through my challenge. So I decided to just take a break. I enjoyed my Christmas break with my family, but I woke up this morning ready to jump back into it.

Before I did anything I decided to weigh in and get a brand new starting point.
I weighed in at 186.5ish. We're gonna just say 187. So that means I gain 7 pounds over the last 3 weeks.
No happy with it but my body is no longer in diet mode, which was my goal:)
I did turbo fire and had a good breakfast. I drank lots of water:)
I have lots more things I want to post but I am not on my computer.
I'll try and do that tomorrow :)
Until then.....I'M BACK!!!!
